Our Story
Albakri began with a clear purpose: to share the region’s most trusted pantry staples through careful sourcing and thoughtful production. Since 1999, we have focused on honesty, consistency, and respect for the communities we work with.
For items we manufacture directly, such as sesame oil, we partner with local farmers in Mogadishu, Somalia to collect high-quality seeds. We cold press, store in bulk, then pack in our Dubai, UAE facility before shipping internationally.
For other products, we follow the same principle: source the seed or root where it grows best, work with reliable producers, and complete packing at our established site in the UAE. This gives us close control over quality, traceability, and timely delivery.
Today, Albakri serves customers worldwide who value authentic flavour, dependable quality, and a supply chain that is transparent from farm to finished pack.
